What does personal training include?

  • A personalized and comprehensive program built by a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) that is designed to optimize your physical performance and address any functional and/or pain related issues that may exist.
  • An initial 60-minute evaluation to discuss your goals and past medical history and perform orthopedic movement tests to determine how well your movement system is functioning.
  • Follow-up 60-minute sessions that focus on building strength, increasing mobility, improving function and reducing the risk of injury.
